Who is this suitable for?
This mindfulness meditation retreat is suitable for anyone who would like to relax, reflect and recharge in a natural environment by practicing mindfulness, meditation and connecting with self and other like-minded people. No prior knowledge or experience in mindfulness or meditation is required. It will also help you to deepen your practice if you have prior experience with mindfulness.
What to bring?

When and where is it?
Located at the Kupidabin Wilderness, 7 Lyell Court, in beautiful Mt Samson, these retreats run from 10 am to 5 pm, It is a 45 min drive from Brisbane CBD. Please arrive by 9:45 am for registration.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund will be given back one week prior to the start of the retreat (a processing fee of $10 will be incurred in case of cancellation). After this date, you will be offered the opportunity to participate in one of our future retreats.
How much is this mindfulness retreat?
The investment for this mindfulness retreat is $125, however, if you book more than a month in advance you can benefit from the early bird price at $110.
