Our state of mind impacts greatly our performance. Mindfulness makes use of the inherent ability of our mind and body to rebalance and sustain well-being, and discover positive new perspectives, solutions and responses.

Mindfulness coaching helps you to be at your best with what is occurring in the moment. Instead of paying attention to how you wish things were – or how you fear they might be – you will learn to work with the circumstances exactly as they are.

A phone consultation gives you the opportunity to understand the way we work and see if you feel comfortable with the process. In this 20-minutes session, we discuss your needs and lay out the foundations of our journey together. You will then be able to decide if you would like to start with therapy.

Rescheduling and cancellations within 24 hours of your session time incur the full fee. This policy is representative of the industry standard within the counselling and psychotherapy professions. You will find that therapy works best and produces long lasting change when appointments are regular and consistent.
