Join our community Mindfulness sessions to learn about mindfulness & meditation and practice present moment awareness through different mindfulness exercises and guided meditations. Mindfulness can be very effective in reducing stress, anxiety and improving focused attention, happiness and overall well-being. This is a great opportunity to practice mindfulness in a group setting and meet like-minded people.
